MASCHIO GASPARDO announces the nominee of Stefano Lenarduzzi as General Director, with the objective to cooperate with the top management already guiding the Group, and with operative functions in order to proceed with the development and consolidation of the Company and implementation of Industrial Plan.

Stefano Lenarduzzi was chosen for his qualities and professional competences; its choice has been shared and validated with the shareholders of the company: Maschio family, Friulia and Veneto Sviluppo.

Year 1970, Stefano Lenarduzzi counts a 20-year experience at management and financial level on the field of society reorganization. He enters MASCHIO GASPARDO after two years of consulence and collaborations in various M&A projects with focus on commercial and operational Due Diligence. In 2018 through an intervention of the fund Gradiente SGR of Padua, he has ceded Sintesi S.p.A – company producing careening and industrial soundproofing which he took over in 2014 and he had successfully followed its relaunch registering a turnover increase of 50%. Between 2001 and 2014, he has worked for FPT Industries – leading company in utensil machines sector – firstly as COO, managing the productive and technical reorganization, and subsequently as General Director, following the rationalization and development of commercial area.
