CONTRACTORS' FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY AT VILLA MASCHIO

In addition to the CEETTAR general assembly, MASCHIO GASPARDO had the pleasure of hosting the first assembly of the Italian Agromechanical and Farmers Confederation (Cai), led by Gianni Dalla Bernardina, president of Apima Verona.

Founded last year by the merger of Unima and Confai, Cai represents about 18 thousand enterprises of agricultural contractors, as well as some thousands of agricultural companies spread throughout the Country; a strategic and fundamental reality, as well as a point of reference for the majority of Italian contractors.

The assembly, preceded by visits to the MASCHIO GASPARDO plants of Cadoneghe and Campodarsego, brought together almost 200 representatives from all over Italy who, on the morning of today, listened to the report by President Gianni Dalla Bernardina on the activities of the first year of Cai, followed from a greeting by Mirco Maschio.

"Contractors have always been a point of reference for our group", said the President of MASCHIO GASPARDO, "because it is listening to their needs that we are able to design more and more avant-garde machines, both technologically and from the point of view of quality".

The meeting was also attended by the Veneto Regional Councilor for Agriculture Giuseppe Pan, the mayor of the town of Villafranca Padovana Luciano Salvò, the mayor of the City of Vigodarzere Adolfo Zordan and the councilor of Legnaro Nicola Bertipaglia.

The setting in which the assembly was held, Villa Maschio, was particularly appreciated these days because it is the location of the 34th edition of the traditional Festa Dea Trebiatura, which the contractors have been able to live and appreciate live, from the ribbon-cutting to the lunch organized at the end of the works.

An intense and profitable day, culminating with an extraordinary announcement: the next edition of the Contractor's Day will take place in December, and it will still be hosted by the MASCHIO GASPARDO headquarters! Stay tuned!
