A CHROMED ROTARY TILLER FOR 50 YEARS OF HISTORY

50 years of growth for the Maschio Gaspardo Group based on quality and innovation and celebrated with the realization of an entirely chromed rotary tiller.

Established in 1964 by the founder brothers Egidio and Giorgio Maschio, the Maschio Gaspardo Group has been working for 50 years in the agricultural sector, granting a full range of agricultural equipment for tillage, seeding, crop care, landscape maintenance and hay making.

50 years of success that the Group celebrates with a special edition, entirely chromed, of the rotary tiller model C 300, presented at the 2014 Fieragricola exhibition in Verona. A high-end product that has marked the history and the growth of Maschio Gaspardo, becoming synonymous of quality and performance and an implement that today is still a best seller all over the world.

As a matter of fact the rotary tiller is the first product marketed by the Group and the model C, created in the late Sixties, fully interprets the process of internationalization of the Group, which from the first rotary tillers today presents a full range of high-quality and high-tech products covering all phases of agricultural mechanization.

The rotary tiller is mainly used for particular applications as horticultural crops, orchards, and work situations where excellent soil refinement, residues incorporation and 20 cm and more working depth are required. Moreover it is a successful product in Asia, where the cultivation of paddy fields is done with rotary tillers.

In particular, the model presented at Fieragricola to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Group  is the heavy-duty and professional C model of the Maschio fixed rotary tiller range, developed for medium/large farms that need a versatile tool for fast soil refinement.

The model C working width range goes from 2,1 m to 3,1 m, requiring only 60-130 HP. Thanks to the multi-speed gearbox, the C model has a broad spectrum of applications, from the traditional seedbed preparation on tilled soils to the direct refinement of grassland or no-till soils.

The machine is completely maintenance-free thanks to the Duo-Cone sealing system that protects rotor hubs from dust, mud and water. The side transmission is featured by three gears in oil bath to ensure high performance even in heaviest working conditions. The rear levelling bonnet equipped with spring adjustment system comes as standard to guarantee a perfect seedbed refinement in complete safety.

The blades are designed and forged by Maschio in order to guarantee the highest quality standards.

Boasting an excellent work capacity, the Maschio C model, chromed for the occasion, is the symbol of a company that has been at the service of customers and professionals for 50 years and whose main target is that of producing the best agricultural equipment to meet the needs of the global market, focusing on quality and innovation.
