The Feraboli Group, founded in 1880 and led by Francesco Feraboli, is specialized in the production of agricultural equipment and is known at a national and international level for its hay making equipment.

In 2012 the Group from Cremona had a turnover of approximately 30 million Euros (the 60% coming from the internal market) and it has three production plants in Italy, situated in Cremona and in the province of Ancona with 200 employees overall.

Maschio Gaspardo Unigreen keeps on investing in Italy, where it has 8 production plants, to be added to the 3 abroad, and concludes its 4th acquisition in the last 2 years, to confirm the will of the Maschio family to expand its production and industrial capacity.

In particular, thanks to this important operation, Maschio Gaspardo Unigreen completes its product range with the hay making equipment, reaching the full-line and offering a variety of high-quality and high-tech products that covers all the phases of agricultural mechanization.

Moreover the acquisition of Feraboli strengthens the presence of Maschio Gaspardo Unigreen in Lombardia, a strategic region for its large number of farms.

Among the machines produced by the Feraboli Group for tillage, harvesting and hay making, the round baler with variable chamber and geometry (patented) is the flagship product, internationally renowned for its quality and reliability.

“Despite the unfavorable economic environment, the Maschio Gaspardo Unigreen Group continues to invest in Italy, where we are first for the quality of our labor and creative capacity - says Egidio Maschio, President of Maschio Gaspardo Unigreen - and with the acquisition of Feraboli we consolidate our leadership in the production of agricultural equipment both in Italy and in Europe. This operation represents a step forward in the Group development process with the target of reaching a turnover of 350 million in 2014.”

“I want to thank the Feraboli family – continues the President Egidio Maschio – for this fundamental operation that allows us, together, to become number one in the agricultural machines sector. Moreover I want to thank the banking institutes and the suppliers for their continuous support and all the employees who, with their commitment and hard work, have allowed us to become a great international Group.”

“We are really satisfied with this operation – says Francesco Feraboli, President of Feraboli – with the Maschio Gaspardo Unigreen Group we have found the perfect industrial partner to guarantee our process of growth and strengthening in the export markets.”
