2. PROCESSED DATA AND THEIR PROVISION

2.1 Data collected while using the website

The personal data can be used to identify or contact the user and to offer better services to all our customers/users. You might be asked to provide your data whenever you come in contact with Maschio Gaspardo or with a company connected to Maschio Gaspardo.

Here are some types of personal data that might be collected:

Data automatically collected

The IT systems and software procedures for the functioning of the website and all the Maschio Gaspardo applications collect some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. These are information that are not collected to be associated with identified data subjects but for its nature, could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow the users to be identified. Data provided voluntarily by the user

If you start using the website forms, you might be asked to send and/or supply some personal information that are necessary for your identification or to reply to your requests. Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data. Failure to provide them can make it impossible to obtain what you requested.

3. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS

3.1 Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

for the technical management of the Maschio Gaspardo services;

3.2 Legal basis of the processing

With relation to those purposes, the legal basis of the processing is the execution of a contract in which the data subject is a party, the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted on the request of the data subjects and the fulfillment of legal obligations.

For the purpose of data sharing and the technical management of services (for example, in terms of security), the legal basis of the processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in proper administration and improvement of the performance of the systems.

4. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Your data will be processed for the whole duration of the contract and/or service as well as for the period of time provided by the legislation. Once the aforementioned storage terms have elapsed, your personal data will be destroyed, deleted or anonymized, according to the technical deletion and backup procedures.

5. METHODS OF PROCESSING AND THEIR USE

The data will be processed, in compliance with the necessary security and confidentiality, collected and recorded for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes.

Each data processing is based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, and can be carried out with whether automated methods or not, and will take place using adequate technical and organizational measures, avoiding the risk of loss, destruction, access or unauthorized disclosure or, in any case, illegal use, as well as through reasonable measures to promptly delete or correct any inaccurate data in compliance with the purposes for which they are processed

6. RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA

Your data will be processed by the employees and collaborators of Maschio Gaspardo who carry out the activities linked to the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes. Those employees have been designated as authorized personnel for the data processing and have received adequate operating instructions.

Maschio Gaspardo shares users' personal data with companies that provide services such as data processing, data storage, customer/user care, evaluation of the interest in our products and services, market research or surveys on user satisfaction. These companies are obliged to protect your data and could be located wherever Maschio Gaspardo operates. Maschio Gaspardo and its group companies might share those data and use them in compliance with this privacy policy.

Only the data strictly necessary for the performance of the related functions will be communicated to the subjects indicated above. These communications, when made outside the European Union, are carried out in compliance with the guarantees provided by the data protection regulation and ensuring adequate protections for the data subjects, by signing specific agreements (standard contractual clauses, Binding Corporate Rules, etc.). 7. YOUR RIGHTS

In relation to the processing of personal data by Maschio Gaspardo, you can request access to your data, their correction, the deletion, the integration of incomplete data, the limitation of processing. You can ask to receive data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format as well as, if technically possible, to transmit them to another data controller without impediments if there are the conditions for the exercise of the right to portability contemplated in art. 20 of the GDPR (e.g. the processing is based on consent pursuant to art. 6.1 lett. a) or art. 9.2, lett. a) or on contract pursuant to art. 6.1, lett. b) of the GDPR and is carried out with automated means). You can at any time withdraw the consent given for the purposes described above and object to the processing, in whole or in part, in the cases allowed; you can lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority and exercise all the other rights recognized by the applicable discipline (art. 16-21 GDPR).

8.1 What are cookies

Like all websites, ours also uses some cookies. 8.2 Which cookies are used by Maschio Gaspardo

Maschio Gaspardo may use technical, session and preferences cookies for statistical or marketing matter.

Maschio Gaspardo uses or interacts with third-party services for the provision of certain functions. An example is the presence of "social plugins" or the integration of third-party maps.
