Spare parts for tillage
Lifetime
All tools are produced in the MASCHIO GASPARDO plant in Cadoneghe (PD) using top quality boron steel with a certified and controlled composition to maximize lifetime. Blades, tines, teeth, ploughshares and share point are forged and treated to ensure high resistance against wear. The special TUNGSTENO treatment considerably extends the tools lifetime. The new WIDIA teeth provide increased wear resistance as well as improved suitability for sandy, abrasive or residue-rich soils.
Versatility
Blades and tines are available in different sizes and thicknesses, allowing you to work in all soil conditions. QUICK - FIT is a quick release system for blades, tines and teeth. The specific coupling geometry of the components simplifies and speeds up replacement operations. The special ON - GRIP tines has been developed to refine the seedbed in unworked soils and in the presence of residue: its structure prevents the formation of working bottom soil and surface crusts.
Performance
The tines supports are forged and subjected to a special toothing process that guarantees maximum strength and a perfect gear coupling. The bearings are designed to ensure equipment stability and withstand the heaviest loads. Bearings and plates are bolted to the plow frame to ensure strength, reliability and working stability even under high stress.

Lifetime
Hammers and knives are equipped with self-sharpening cutting edges made of boron steel and, thanks to the forging and machining of the steel, a long life is guaranteed even in the hardest conditions.
Versatility
MASCHIO GASPARDO offers different types and sizes of equipment depending on the use: mowing of grass and lawn, shredding of brushwood and shrubs or processing of crop residues and pruning . The choice of the most suitable equipment guarantees uniformity of cut and the right fineness of chopping.
Performance
Bearing with "barrel" race can withstand heavy loads and provide high stability. The rotor supports are made of hot-pressed steel and are mounted inside the sidewall to protect the bearings, making the flail mower much more robust. Pins and bushings, ground in hardened and tempered steel, are designed to ensure greater resistance to wear over time.
Spare parts for seeding
Shape
The discs were designed in-house by our R&D department to ensure high quality seeding. The coulter disc, with a diameter of 420 mm, allows the formation of a narrow and deep "V" furrow in all field conditions. The "fork" shape of the seed covering teeth is optimal for a uniform furrow coverage in both tough soil conditions and in the presence of crop residues.
Versatility
The wide range of seeding discs offers different solutions to ensure maximum seeding uniformity whatever the shape, type and size of the seeds. The countersink allows optimal seed grip and perfect cleaning of the hole for maximum deposition quality.
Performance
CHRONO is the new technology for high speed precision seeding. The body and distributor cover are made of high-strength aluminium, and the bell minimizes friction on the coulter disc, which is made of a new plastic material.
The SUPER SEAL solution for the coulter discs combines three levels of internal and external flange protection, self-lubricating bushings and SUPER SEAL gasket. This system guarantees a proper seal even in the most challenging conditions.
Spare parts for fertilizing
Lifetime
Each spreader disc is moulded to ensure a uniform surface. Blades are made of stainless steel: this guarantees resistance to the abrasive action of the fertilizer for greater durability and efficiency over time. The hopper bottom and all adjustment parts are made of INOX steel to resist against corrosion.
Versatility
Versatile spreading is possible thanks to the availability of two discs, one for working widths of 12 to 21 metres and one for 21 to 36 metres. In addition, the quick-release system allows quick and easy disc replacement.
Performance
The spreading control is adjustable both manually and electrically. The shape of the shutter and all its components guarantee constant distribution in all dosing conditions. The SPREADER SMART SET function of the MY MASCHIO GASPARDO APP allows to obtain the right settings according to the distribution parameters introduced.

Lifetime
MASCHIO GASPARDO's mower tools, designed to ensure high quality mowing of all crops, are made of high-strength steel. Rotors knives of all our round balers are made of HARDOX, a high strength steel to minimize wear. The pick-up teeth are designed to have great elasticity. The automatic oil system preserves the chains by ensuring perfect lubrication, longer life and improved efficiency of the transmission system.
Versatility
Mowers cutting system is available in a normal or removable tooth version and in a normal or double section version. In round balers the cutting system is flexible thanks to the different rotors availability depending on the crop to be harvested. The presence of pick-ups with a width ranging from 180 to 220 mm makes it possible to operate in the presence of more or less rich and not perfectly regular swaths.
Performance
The exclusive tooth-blade sliding system ensures high mowing performance, absorbs vibrations and extends the life of the rods and tools. Round balers knifes have a safety system that operates in case of collision with an external body. To meet all requirements, reinforced 1’’ ¼ chains have been developed to withstand the highest stresses. The pick-up cam can be adjusted to suit different product types and humidity.
Spare parts for crop protection
Lifetime
Diaphragm-piston pumps are available in anodized aluminium or brass. The DESMOPAN diaphragm is flexible and elastic to ensure high resistance to most plant protection products and used fertilizers. The valves and filters are easily accessible, making regular maintenance possible and extending the life of all components.
Versatility
The wide range of nozzles available in different sizes for each type of treatment ensures correct product distribution. The ceramic nozzles offer excellent abrasion resistance. The TREEJET system, which allows 3 nozzles to be applied to the same distributor, makes it quick and easy to change from one nozzle to another to achieve the correct configuration.
Performance
The circuit-washing system is equipped with rotors inside the tank that optimize the machine cleaning. The SELETRON system provides electronic control of each individual nozzle to ensure maximum precision, avoid overlaps and optimize product use. The ok of the filters reduces possible clogging of the nozzles.
